Your stay at the family run Velagićevina guest house is the perfect way to immerse yourself in Bosnia's Mediterranean culture and fascinating Ottoman history, to sample the delightful climate of Mostar and the Hercegovina region, and to soak up its relaxed atmosphere. This historic walled complex is situated on the banks of the Buna river in Blagaj, just outside Mostar city. It has its own grounds, including an island garden, and a natural cave which the family have converted for entertaining guests. The delightful Turkish style houses were built in the mid 17th century and have been awarded the status of National Monument. During your stay you will be the personal guests of the owners, the latest generation of the family to inhabit Velagićevina since its construction.
As well as wonderful accommodation, you will also have a full-time personal driver and guide, who will be at your disposal to take you and your party, in an air-conditioned 4x4, on any of the following excursions:

- 4x4 Photo safari in the hills over the city with barbeque picnic
